  1. Preparing, developing, and updating disclosure and transparency systems and regulations according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities and in line with the requirements of the company’s activity and size.
  2. Establishing and operating the Disclosure Department in order to achieve a distinct level of efficiency in the application of disclosure and creating indicative tables “Dash Board” that govern all disclosure requirements and the mechanism of their disclosure accurately.
  3. Preparing regulations, reports, and disclosure records in accordance with the requirements of the Capital Markets Authority and the Kuwait Stock Exchange and in accordance with the requirements of corporate governance.
  4. Preparing and developing the official declarations required to be obtained from influential and knowledgeable persons in accordance with the applicable regulations
  5. Making an assessment of the gaps of Gap Assessment to implement the provisions of disclosure and transparency in the company and measuring the efficiency of disclosure and the standards approved by the regulatory authorities and in accordance with international best practices
  6. Establishing and developing the Department of Disclosure and Transparency, creating a practical plan to organize the relationship between the company’s various departments, and providing official channels of communication between them.
  7. Awareness and guidance of members of the Board of Directors, executive management, and officials of disclosure, compliance, and compliance in everything related to their duties and responsibilities and disclosure regulations and regulations.
